“IMAGES OF DANA POINT” – Call for Entries
Juried Awards Competition
4 Awards – Best of Show - $400
Painting/Drawing (all fine art media) - $200

Eligibility: Open to all artists 18 years of age and older. All work must be original. Artists may submit up to 2 entries.
Physical Judging: Artists will deliver work to the Dana Point Community Center, 34052 Del Obispo Street, Room C, Dana Point, on Saturday, April 12, 2008, between 10:00 am-12:00 noon. Pick up is between 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on the same day.
All work must be completely dry, framed, wired and ready for hanging. No saw tooth hangers, sandwich glass or plastic clips will be accepted. Each work must be labeled on back with artist’s name, title, media. Two dimensional artwork measuring no more than 36” x 36” framed.
Selected Artwork will be exhibited at the annual Dana Point Arts Festival in La Plaza Park, Dana Point, Sunday, May 4, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Awards announced at 12:00 p.m.

DPCA and City of Dana Point will assume no Liability for damage or loss. Insurance is the responsibility of the artists. By submitting, all artists agree to permit DPCA and City of Dana Point to photograph any entry for publicity purposes and award winning entrants grant a license to use images of their work in publicity and City of Dana Point ‘Recreation Services & City Guide.’
